LOUVIAS WAREHOUSES - AGIA ANASTASIA

We’re proud to be working on something a little different and something very close to our hearts. Louvias Warehouses - Agia Anastasia is our very first warehouse development and it marks an important new chapter for Louvias Properties and the Louvias Group.

Over the years, we’ve built homes, offices and more. Always with care, attention to detail and a focus on quality. Now, we’re bringing that same approach to a new type of space: modern, secure warehouses designed for today’s businesses. Whether you need storage for stock, equipment or tools, these units will offer the flexibility, safety and convenience you need to keep things running smoothly.

But this project is more than just a new development. It’s also something personal and meaningful to us. The site is home to the historic chapel of Agia Anastasia the Pharmakolytria, a small but important part of our local heritage. We feel honoured to be restoring the chapel, helping to preserve its beauty and history for generations to come.

Bringing together the old and the new, Louvias Warehouses - Agia Anastasia is about more than buildings, it’s about building with purpose. A space that supports modern business needs, while respecting the past and giving back to the community.
